Shipping policy
How Kundalini.Life dispatches orders, what shipping costs, and how long delivery takes.

Where we ship

Confirming your order
Orders are placed by UPI transfer. Once you have paid and submitted the form with your transaction reference, we match the payment and confirm on WhatsApp within one working day. An order is not confirmed until we say so.
If we cannot match your payment we will contact you before dispatching anything.
What shipping costs

[Option A] Shipping is charged at a flat ₹[X] per order and is shown before you pay.
[Option B] Shipping is quoted separately once we have your pincode, because mats are heavy and rates vary. We tell you the amount on WhatsApp before dispatch and collect it with the order total.
The site currently says shipping is confirmed before dispatch, which matches Option B.
Dispatch
Within [2 to 4] working days of a confirmed order. Tea and coffee are blended in small batches, so occasionally an item is out of stock. If so we tell you within one working day and you choose between waiting and a refund.
Who carries it
We use [COURIER NAMES]. We send a tracking number on WhatsApp when the parcel leaves.

These are the courier's estimates, not guarantees. Festivals, weather and local restrictions can delay delivery and are outside our control.
If something goes wrong
Damaged in transit. Photograph the parcel before opening it fully and tell us within [48] hours. We replace or refund at no cost to you.
Not delivered. If tracking shows no movement for [7] days, tell us and we will raise it with the courier. If it cannot be traced we replace or refund.
Wrong address. Check the address before you submit. If a parcel is returned because the address was wrong or nobody was available, redelivery is charged again.
Invoices
A GST compliant invoice is sent by email with every dispatch. GSTIN 09AYPPD1165Q2ZS. Food items are sold under FSSAI Central Licence 12726999000522.
